In which kinds of foods we could get the effect of LWMDR?

Thank you Mr. Anup. At present I am taking wheat bread only 3 times and seeing very good result along with medicine and 5 KM walking.
Results are improving. Don't waste your time with the advocates of Medicines / or who are advising to contol. LWMDR is a substitute food who controlled diabetes in well manner & make you medfree & a hope of curing.
In my case when i was diagnosed as a diabetes My FB was 125 and PB 180. With GOD blessing I searched a right place where I meet with Mr Shooter George sir on right time, started LWMDR on 31st OCT 2014.
After consuming LMMDR upto 3-4 months my BS always be in controlled range. After wards there was a time period of one month I was unable to ate LWMDR and suring this period ate some sweets also in a family functions but in this time whenever I measured my BS ...with a blessing of GOD it's were always in range.
After passing that month I again started LWMDR. My all results are published in same forum in my previous posts.
In last month back I ordered long wheat some other place , they provide me a wheat which seems totally like Long Wheat , after consumption of that wheat my FBS start to rise from 84 to 116 (with in a month )but PBS always near by 115. In this spam of period I arranged long wheat from my old shop again & with in a seven days consumption of new long wheat my FBS again drop to 93.
I gone through a term plan on and do all medical tests on 2nd august as fixed by LIC.
That time as per LAB reports
My FBS was 86 , PBS not tested.
Total Cholestrol : 162 mg/dl
H.D.L : 36 mg/dl
L.D.L: 108 mg/dl
Triglycerides : 91 mg/dl
From the last last 4-5 years I am going through family yearly health check ups provided py company. And My Cholestrol level were always found near boundry & sometimes it was above the range. But after starting LWDMR all lipids are in well controlled range.
Yesterday I ate 2 icecream in night along with dinner & check my BS in morning it was 88. ( I ate some times sweets for my taste change & always found my sugar level is in range)
So conclusion is after diagnosed as a diabetic I started LWMDR ( Never take a single medicine with the bless of GOD) and controlled my Sugar levels are in control range. Other benifits are also there I felt more energy , You can loose your unwanted body fat , digestion will be good & oviously lipid profile will be improved.
So for the persons who wanted to controlled ( and a hope to cure) you diabetic atleast give a chance to LWDMR for 4-5 months at least. I believe who are on medicine they become med free & can enjoy other food also.
