LW does not need heavy fertilizers. Irrigation. It is hardy and thrives on timely/untimely rain. Diabetes is global problem from Nigeria to New York. From Japan to China.
There is big money to be made by growing LW in the agricultural land in Delhi and Noida.
Your leaders compete in giving handouts but no one guides. By giving fish a man can be fed once. If taught to fish he can feed a village.
