hiii my sugar levels are prelunch is 122 and post lunch is 134 am i diabetic patient and my age is 37 years and if so what diet should i follow...

Usually people check up blood sugar fasting early in morning and couple of hours after breakfast. Checking at different and at varying physical conditions are seen to be done in hospitals and under medical care. Wonder what made you give results of pre and post lunch records.
