All rice is more or less in carb content .But probably longer basmati rice is slightly better.But rice cooked in pressure cooker is more dangerous than the rice in which water is drained out before final cooking.This I have tested with my glucometer. Thanks.

boiled rice(brown rice) is certainly better than polished/refined white rice which has lost many vitamins and fiber content in the process of refining.

Yes I agree, I am using kora rice and is giving good results you can also try it
