Hi

i am having FBS @ 98 and PPS at 170 fist time diagnosis . earlier readings were 90& 140

Stopped complete salt and sugar intake for the past 20 days.

Not using any medicine so far.

Any suggestions.

I would like take this recommended salt through Raw vegetable juices and certain fruits like Guava , Papaya ....

I stopped taking White rice and shifted to Brown rice for lunch and Break fast & Dinner I am taking Wheat based food like Roti ...
