madam my 3 fingers have been affected from this ulcer after dressing wound it start paining at night alright im suffering a lot

Mrs. Saleem, you say you have foot ulcer since 3 months and it is painful. Right. Then the good thing is that integrity of your foot nerve is still intact. If the wound still bleeds, then vasculature is ok. There may be deficiency of skin over the wound.

So , please get in touch of a good diabetologist for your blood sugar management, and also consult a good general surgeon for management of foot ulcer. Please remember time is of essence.

I am unfamiliar with health services at Qatar. I think there is still time to save your toes. Diabetic clinic and an expert surgeon must work in tandem ,I mean in close co operation..

ya they are expert but after wearing dressing it start paining at night i cant sleep my wound finger is burning

What about your blood sugar ? You can talk to doctor about open dressing at night.
