First you have control your blood sugar.you have to take diabetic diet per day 1800 K cal only. I have tremendous pain from KNEE to ANKELS and Upper part of right leg, due to this I am not able to walk even, the right feet has a numbness and more cold than left. But I do not have any problems with wounds or cuts , all such cuts and wounds do get healed even without any medication, a mere plaster is all that I use so that it does not get dirt in side. I am now 70 years. Has some Angina problem and Asthma problem thats all for which I am taking NATURE CURE PROCEDURES.

I am a diabetic person and sugar is under control.

Recently I had a small wound under the foot near heal. On checking I was informed by the Dr that I am having neuropathic problem. Wound has been healed.

Pl advice how I should protect my foot and what are the precautions I have to take so that I shouldn't have problems on my foot.

I wash my feet every day with luke warm water. Apply anti -fungal cream and soft heal cream from Cipla. In the morning when I use my walker , I also massge my feet especially the toes where I have poor circulation of blood by large size massager. I also get my toes and feet massaged every alternate days from my man massager. Then apply Foot Repair Cream or some time another cream called as Legard Foot cream. I watch every day for any cuts or wounds on my feet. I always use diabetic Socks.

I have put anti slip tiles in my bath room and have installed many rods on all sides in my bathroom in case I slip in bath room. All possible care & precautions have been taken. But still my blood sugar fasting is in between 80--90 and I unable to stablise my PP . Some time it exceeds the limit. I fear of Hypoglycemia as a result I take too less Insulin with 100 grams of carbohydrates and my PP is flactuating too much. Recent past I had thrice hypoglycemia and once on operating table when I told the Doctor that I have low sugar and he called for Glucometer and measured it as 60 mg/dl. He gave me two spoons of sugar. I am scared of it. My Cardiologist have advised me to keep Fasting Blood Sugar at 100 mg/dl and HbA1C at 7 since I get frequent angina.

I have suggested that In morning must be drinking water 1.2 lts in empty stomach.After 15 minutes should be walk 45 ( brisk walk).2.After break fast one carrot,one beet root,one apple to prepare the juice to drink it..3.compulsory do the yoga for 45 minutes or Must be walk 45 minutes compulsory.4.As per Doctor advised should be take tablet compulsory.5.Do not worried about Dibetics.

? Always wear socks or stockings with soft elastic, and that fits your feet.
