Apart from mcr chappals what are the best medication avaiable for foot ulcer?

If you get a foot ulcer,you need special medical attention because ulcers do not heal normally in a diabetic.Also,when ever we walk we put pressure on the feet,aggravating the problem.You have some well known diabetic hospitas at Chennai.I consult M.V.Center for Diabetes at Bangalore and their head office is in Chennai.You better consult them.

The treatment is for my father who is 65 yrs. We are consulting a Podiatrist Surgeon at a well known diabetic hospital at Chennai and the doctor is advising us to visit once in a month for check up. we are visiting the doctor every month for the checkup. Is there any remedy other than the monthly checkup? we are visiting diabetologist consultant every three months as advised.

we want to go for a good indoor and outdoor usage shoe which can give some relief to the problem. The diabetic hospital suggested a foot wear guy but he seems to be over charging for the foot ware.
