Last year I had a 5 month stay in States. I was on Long wheat based diet even before I left. I could not get the exact replica of Long Wheat in Texas but the available Emmer wheat is a substitute. Then again I could lay my hands on Quinva which gave me even better results than Long wheat. Quinva is freely available in U.S.A. I understand that it is being cultivated in South America. I also heard that some growers cultivate it in Andhra too but i culd not confirm it.
