I have been talking long wheat for the past 10 days and the results are amazing. My fasting sugar is 114. It use to be 160. That to with any side dish along with whole wheat

Very happy to see your improvement.

I have started LWMDR from last week and I see very good improvements both in FBS & PPBS. Yet to get the FBS under prescribed levels.

What is your diet pattern, age and how long you are diabetic?

Any medicine has been prescribed?

Am 48 and diabetic for last 18 yes height 5.10 weight 75 KGS. I take Glimy M1 that's glimipride 1mg and metformin 500mg twice daily. I have LWMDR almost thrice daily with any side dish including non veg with no fat. Less oil food. Am amazed to see the difference. My FBS is 114 and PP around 150 that has never happened in my life. Even when I take 1 beer along with snacks and LWD it's around 119 in the morning. Before I use to take little insulin while having beer along with my other medicine. yet it used to be more than 140.

Apart from my glimy m I also take ashwagandha. Live 52. Zincovit. I don't know if toy have heard of withania coagulans. Belongs to ashwagandha family. They are small flowers come in dried form. Has to be soaked in water overnight and strained and the water to be taken empty stomach. Has good results.
