Try to take ur medicine before meal instead of after meal. But still take advice from ur doctor before doing so, b'coz I am not a doctor.

So you just have 4 idlis and 1 chapati + curry + 1 glass milk in full day?

Can you give a full day's diet including everything that you eat from morning till you go to bed?

Many have suggested -- Switch to LCHF diet. It works and that's why 150+ had switched till August 2014 and number has grown to 400+ Drugs come down, sugar levels come down and LIPIDS get better on LCHF.

If you follow doctors diet, your drugs will keep on increasing. High Carb Low Fat diet is not a balanced food for a diabetic. It is most UNHEALTHY diet for a diabetic but healthy for drug sales.
