Hi sir

I am aged 43, fast six year having diabetics, lost six months I could not able to control my sugar level 335 is before food, I am taking 2mg 2 tab a day could u Pl any one suggest me to control my sugar level

Please take 1 -2 ltr warm water in morning and .eat food slightly . In 5 times instead of 3 times . Don't take tension my friend .Your sugar level will be comes under normal

see you must not worry but keep regular exercise 6 km at least a day yoga and few desi haerbals as I have suggested so many times
