Only one thing I told, that "Diabetes" is mother of all diseases. Dont do anything, regarding with Heart U go to the Good Doctor and get treatment. I will definetly say that U will get rid off from this issues. And also U have faith that I will be get rid off from this problem. Definetly U will recover soon for normal. I will also pray God for early recovery for U.

Angiogram is a must,to confirm,blocked coronary arteries.Thanks.
If any blocks are found, it is safer to go for angioplasty if your purse permits.Otherwise you may have to manage with medicines with proper diabetic management.
