Hi

My recent readings are 109/ 150 after initial readings of 120/170 in Jan 2016. Lost 6 KGs and do good exercises in 5 months. Does it mean I got rid of diabetes ?

You still have a long way to go to say that you are now non-diabetic. Ideally your sugar level for FBS should be less than 100 or close to 85 and PPBS should be less than 140 ideally close to 125.

I forgot to answer the question on what I eat. No rice, no bakery, no packaged food. I eat mostly vegetables and chapatis, non veg. Chicken roast, grilled. Eat lesser 75% of hunger. many times it is difficult to get what you want
