It has been observed in many individuals, that snoring has been a regular health side effect. people are heckled and insulted for snoring. But very few identify this as a major Respiratory disorder & advise the Snorers to get their health checked. Else this simple appearing problem leads to missed breathing during sleep for some seconds initially and progress towards more seconds and can become fatal.please be aware of this ,take specific medications like"SNORESTOP" homeopathic pills, 30 minutes before sleep. It can get rid of respiratory allergies, swelling or inflammation and fecilitates easy breathing.

If you have this condition. Please get the underlying cause treated. Taking a pill just because someone suggest could be disastrous. Sleep study is also done to identify OSA and treated.

My request is to suggest remedies which are backed by scientific studies or by authorized medical practitioners only.

gentle man; the condition is as described of breathing difficulty because of narrowing of respiratory vents, due inflammation, caused by allergy, infection . the product suggested is scientifically proven & USA FDA formula;if you need clarification visit; snorestop.com. even it helps people with sinusitis. However, the control blood glucose levels to minimal gives desired results, else bacterial infections can't b controlled.

dear friends; all diabetes sufferers, please use FENUGREEK seeds powder regularly at least 4 times a day, as most of the times weakness haunts you, even after having breakfast or lunch or dinner. That's because medications taken always cant make your insulin levels adequate,.the fenugreek powder taken before each intake, preferably ,before breakfast, lunch& dinner helps adequate insulin levels and most possibly doesn't make you feel weak.Take fenugreek powder 5 to 10 grams, each time mixed in water. You can soak these seeds in water and drink the potion 3 to 4 times.
