Hi To Every One
Now there is excellent services available which is called CGM is really helpful for controlling the diet
The purpose of the CGM is to unveal the full information of what you eat and What you drink and so on
It needs your kind attention to note the Every step of Intake , I will explain you how
The Moment you get up from bed
You have to do Brushing of your teeth(It gives sugar rise in blood)
then Tea /breakfast tea and then Breakfast
Drinking water several times a day
You take Lunch etc etc etc -it continues till you sleep
This machine will record the Sugar level by it self every 20 30 minutes of interval
So it will tell you when you had curd / food Fruit even water
WHAT WAS THE RISE IN SUGAR AND HOW LONG IT CONTINUED
Further explanation say 11 AM you took one apple and sugar levels were 140 mg and then you had time to take Lunch >>Which further added the sugar to what reduced from apple (at 2 PM)
11 AM Apple Sugar was 140 and by the time You sat for Lunch Your sugar was 110 and your Lunch added to it reached to 230mg ) and you came home and your sugar level came to say 160 and you took again 2 small biscuits and Tea ) and so on
Medicine can control but it is our responsibility also to respect our Body >>More than required is Abuse to our Body
