My sugar level is controlled by regular walking 6 kms every day morning in empty stomack.Drink 5 to 6 glasses of water before going for walk. My brealfast is Two glases of skimmed milk and well cooked FENUGREEK SEEDS 5 to 6 teasoonful ( the quantity that you are comfortable with) Soak it overnight before cooking. Lunch by 2 pm. (normal veg meal cooked in Oliv oil)) No direct sugar. Evenings dinner a big salad with brown bread and one glass of skimmed milk. Plus medicines prescribed by doctor. I take 20 units insulin in the mong and 20 at night. This is my routine since long time. Sugar never goes beyond stipulated level. If you know that you have voilated the rule I take 10 unts insulin more and things are under control. I recomend FENUGEEK SEEDS for all diabetic people.
