Over weight problem
raz_123: I say it is better to develop your own knowledge base and act/address overweight issue positively.
I assume you have a 'not too good' BMI.
I suggest:
1. Check you BMI on the net (it will reduce risk of anorexia)
2. Check your target (required) daily calorie intake
3. Ensure you follow the weight maintenance calories for a month
Once you stop weight gain, follow the advice on calories for 1 kg weight loss per fortnight.

Please stop all wheat products as wheat contains a protein Glycon which accumulates fat so convert to rice, Avoid wheat, dalia, suji, maida, pasta & noodles to loose weight. Remember the body needs 2200 cals to breathe, heart beat and other living functions. Cutting your intake down to 1800 cals will cut your weight. Check the cal/gm for carbo. proteins, fats, alcohol & other items from Google. Your weight has to be 1 kg per height in inches thus 5'6" will mean 66 kg plus you need 40 ml Water per body KG wt so 2.8 litres per day at that weight OK. Walking at 120 steps per min will spend about 400 cals/hour so set your self an exercise program also. All the Best keep touch with your Doc also - - -
