My wife want to weight loss. She is fatty unable to walk properly also suffering back pain. please suggest me weight loss medicine or exercise. Her age is 55 years

A weight-control strategy might include:--

* Choosing low-fat, low-calorie foods

* Eating smaller portions

* Drinking water instead of sugary drinks

* Being physically active

Please read the book " China Study " written by Dr. Cambell. He suggests avoid animal protein. ( Plenty in milk, eggs, beef etc ) and consume animal fat ( Ghee, butter etc ). uncooked Carbohydrates are more help full in weight loss than cooked ones.
