sugar related
Your HbA1C score indicates it can come down further. Please recheck your BMI and work out your daily calorie requirement (BMI should be 20.5 - 21.5)...
I suspect you may be taking too many carbs. It should be capped at .20 x daily calories divided by 4 GRAMS (the figure you get is daily carb quota in grams)
Let us say your RDA is 1,500 calories than you should not exceed 75 gram carbohydrate daily (100 grams for 2000 calories)...
With A1C 8.1% frequent urination very likely is diabetes symptom. Also, sugar in urine!
Hi,
Have you been leading a sedentary life? Please diarise every thing that goes into your mouth during a day, for a week and you may find that 1500 is actually 2000 high glycemic or high carb foods.
Check with you doctor whether you can try a diet and exercise regime for 3 months if you have been glued to your chair indoors.
Go out in the early morning sun for vitamin D or ask the doctor about supplement
Do resistance training with a resistance band or Dumbbells . A pair of 1 kg ones will do
