I am having high BS both for Fasting and PP in recent report. For last 7 years I have had a senior doctor from Mumbai treating me. However am not able get good results through his medication now. Request if someone can suggest me a good diabetologist who can guide me about the food aspects as well. I am not getting appointment of Dr Yajnik till August hence apart from him if anyone has a suggestion, please do share. Thanks & Regards.

There is no any other best alternative to LCHF diet. Many forum members here have switched to CLHF diet and their nos. have improved drastically in very short duration.
