I do take diebetic medicine but when i fail to eat after 2-2.5hr.sugar level starts shooting up.Is any other solution.

I do go to Gym/Swimming/Yoga every day and this problem I faced even at Jindal & doctor ordered Raggi in the morning & 1apple in the evening where they serve only 2 meals in a day

Try stopping exercises and also do not take any food for 2-2.5 hours and then test your sugar level.I think when you exercise,there is need for higher glucose level and so, the liver will be dumping the stored sugar,resulting in higher sugar levels.I am not very learned in this aspect,but I remember having read this point of view.You should get independent confirmation about this.
