My experience with Mangoes is opposite of American diabetes Asscociation. Every year after eating mangoes only one fourth of fruite next day my BS goes up in 200s . Many times i ahve tested the result is same high BS.
agree. i din't measure but i feel symptoms of taking high glycaemic foods. About 30 gms of fruit does not affect but more than that, I doubt it is safe.
Proves that mangoes have a different effect on different peoples blood.
After consuming mangoes, my blood sugar rises only a bit and then falls back nicely in a very short time. Like 110--145---110 in about 90/120 mins from "first bite" Your experience and mine also puts paid to the lie that mangoes do not have ANY effect on blood sugar.
