I am 60 years old and was advised recently by one of my relatives, who is 75+ and from a village, to take LW with Methi as Adai. I tried it many times and I found my PPBS is always 95 to 100 with this breakfast. I thought I should share in this forum, so that all can also be benefitted.
Incase if this recipe has been posted earlier by someone,please ignore this and I apologize for the repetition.
Recipe for this Adai is, soak overnight 100 germs of LW and 2 teaspoons of methi (fenugreek ) seperately. Grind next day morning both together coarsely(should not be fine). Add jeera,onion chopped,ginger,coriander,kadi Patha (karuvepela). You can also add any NON CARBO items like hing,garlic,flaxseed etc etc along with this as per your choice and taste.
Now prepare it like usual Adai.
Eat one or two small Adai with milagai podi or sambar or any other NON coconut chutney. Incase if I miss my walking,my PPBS used to be 125 but not more. It's very delicious and controls sugar for me.
