Hi All,I am taking Metadose IPR 850 30 minues before lunch and dinner.And nothing at breakfast.Should I take it 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner and nothing at lunch or continue as I am taking.Thanks in advance.

I also take metadoze IPR 850 after breakfast and dinner after lunch nothing as prescribed by the doctor. before breakfast i take I P-1 . metadoze don't digest with me, so i powder it and take. now bs is under control.
