Kankayana Bati (Arsh) is good for anal fissure. Available in any ayurvedic shop. But consult a ayur doctor before using this. Self medication is not advisable. You can use Swadishtan Virechana Churna with hot water before going to bed to have easy motion in the morning.

1 teaspoon fenugreek seed (methi seed) powder in morning and 1 teaspoon in evening to be taken with water,1/2 teaspoon nigella seed (mangrella,kalongi) powder and 1/2 teaspoon honey just after breakfast lunch and dinner.this is a sure shot remedy for anal fissue, bleeding piles atleast continue for two months no side effects very beneficial for overall health.
