Not sure about Karela but homeopathic medicines for diabetes are being made from Jamun seeds and named as Syzium Jamb.
Please avoid taking Karela continuously for more than one month as it reduces the immunity of body against various skin infections. You may discontinue for one month and then continue. For Jamun there is no problem.
