In the year 2008 my sugar level was 350 In the year 2009 sugar level reduced to 300 now in 2012 sugar level is reducing and is 170 average

My weight has gone down by 6 kg in 4 years but by face everybody feels I had slipped to very much older age

Can I recover my original value by physic

Till today I had not taken any medicine but due to regular speedy walking my sugar level is reduced to 170 average

Is it harmful ?

Since last12 months my HBA1C is 6.1, As per instruction of a doctor I am taking Amryal 1 mg tab 1/2 a day .You have suggested to take transfer factor . what is that pl clarify ? Since last 12 months my weight is 71 kg stable, thyroid - test is normal. Now pl help me to increase weight and physic.
