Diabetic and constipation

I am a 53 years old diabetic within the normal range....I am suffering from a severe constipation....of course a regular smoker too..I have tried all the treatments.Works foe some time,then again constipation starts. Needs some advise Please..

Quit smoking gradually.

Take Hingwastak Churn 1 table spoon before half an hour of meals

Best and natural treatment is drink a bottle( or more if possible) of water on empty stomach and keep drinking water as often as possible throughout the day.I have used the same method.

Smoking does not help you in this matter and in so many other ways.Better give up.I was a smoker for 25 years and gave up only to protect my health and purse.
