Ma'am, I started with Hb1AC 9.2, fasting/PP at 244/288, but under medication and less sugar (not by choice) diet same has come down to 6.1 and 120/140 bracket. So, don't worry or be panicky, see a good physician and follow his medicinal/dietary advice. Hb1AC needs to be under 6.5.

i think insilin is a correct step for this.if age is 50 to 60 ,150 to 170 pp is ok till that u have to take insulin and then change over to tablets.
