1. Take 5 Okra,(lady fingers), Bhindi in hindi after trimming the ends and split them vertically and soak them in one cup water in the night, sqeeze them in water and drink the water in the morning for one month and see the result. It will surely reduce blood sugar and Hb1ac
2. Take one teaspoon fenugreek seeds in the morning with one cup water for one month blood sugar level will decrease.
My wife is diabetic and sugar level has decreased from 250 to 140 and Hb1Ac 7.5 to 6.5

Every body eats lady finger in cooked form, but it is the gel of the inside of the ladyfinger dissolved in water that has the wonderful effect on diabetes. The lady finger is slit only to check for worms.
My fruit vendor was suddenly sick and on testing was found with blood sugar level of 500 as he had almost collapsed even though he used to walk and sell fruits on foot for 8/10 hrs. daily on a rickshaw, Now after drinking this ladyfinger gel water for over 50 days he is perfectly alright. He has taken medicine for 4/5 days but now nothing else except lady finger.
I think it will be most effective when soaked overnight, gel squeezed in the water as a drink. This is what I have tried.
Eating raw will not have any bad effect but please slit it to check for worms
IT IS FINE WITH 2 LADY FINGERS TO START WITH BECAUSE INITIALLY YOU HAVE TO GET USED TO DRINKING THE JELLY WATER. iNCREASE TO 5 LADY FINGERS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE FOR EARLY EFFECT.
IF YOU ARE SICK YOUR FOOD IS ACIDIC AND YOUR Ph VALUE IS DEFINITELY BELOW 6.5 WHERE AS NORMAL Ph OF A PERSON IS 7.3
If you're wondering how your diet stacks up, check out the table below.
This table includes a listing of 114 commonly consumed foods and their PRAL scores.
A negative PRAL score indicates the food is basic/alkaline.
A positive PRAL score indicates the food is acidic.
A score of 0 indicates the food is neutral.
All food diets are either acid-forming or alkaline-forming. Although the body requires approximately 20% of the diet to be derived from acid-forming foods that can be properly digested to help maintain pristine health, high acid-forming diets that cannot be properly digested acidify body tissue and eventually lead to Low Chronic Acidosis that will drain and weaken the health and energy of every human cell in the body. The Acid Alkaline Food Chart (also referred to as the Alkaline Acid Food Chart or Alkaline and Acid Food Chart) has listed the various food groups below according to either a negative PRAL or positive PRAL score.

*This table is adapted from the Remer and Manz study discussed above (1) and each PRAL score is based on a 100g portion of food.
Salads should contain no starch, such as potatoes; no proteins, such as eggs or shrimp; no oils, such as olive oil or dressings containing oil; no acids, such as vinegar or lemon juice. Salt should also be omitted.
Sugar, Syrup, Molasses, and Honey have been left out of this chart, because they combine badly with all foods, and because they are best not eaten.
Most foods we eat tend to make our body acidic that is why we must more of alkaline or less acidic foods and we must try to neutralise the acidic foods by alkaline foods
Yes. try lady finger and also try Fenugreek seeds or Methi Dana (1 tea spoon in morning), go for 2-3 km brisk walking in the morning and little exercise in the park daily. continue your medicine as usual because this can medicine can only be reduced slowly after daily checking of sugar levels. please ensure sugar level does not fall very low below 120. eat cucumber salad in the morning
yes I have been soaking one tea spoonful of fenugreek in a cup of water and early morning and drinking the water and chewing the soaked fenugreek. My sugar fasting and PP are under control.
Further now I give names of three homeopathic medicines very effective in diabetes 1. Cephlandra Indica Q - 5/10 drops in water 1/2 hr. before meals.and 2. Syygium j. Q - 8/10 drops before meals and 3. Biochemic combination no.7 :- 4 tablets 4 hrly.

Hi You have been very kind to share the Bhendi gel. You also mentioned homeopathic medicine. Does this work for Type 2 or is there something available for Type 2. Thanks
