You feel shaking,dizziness,lack of energy,confusion and thirst.You may loose your temper easily.

It is a dangerous condition and you need to immediately consume some food,preferably carbohydrate.Eat in small quantities until you gain normalcy and then go for your regular food without delay.

when i suddenly wake up during night,i suspect for low sugar and when i have checked at that time it always showed 70 to 79.during that time i feel dizziness sweating shaking of hands,at this time i m not able to hold my cell phone.some times i find stomach ache also.i m16 year old patient. exess medcine/strict diet are main reasons for hypoglicemia.Always keep some seedless dates/chockolates/cooldrinks near your bed.
