what do mean by hypoglycemia, please explain

Hypoglycemia happens when the blood glucose levels drop below 70.It may happen due to not taking timely food or unusually heavy physical exercise because the medicines you have taken continue to push down the sugar levels..When it happens the entire body suffers deprivation of energy and in extreme cases one may enter what is called diabetic coma.In milder cases,one may get shivers,sweating and total lack of energy.Some people lose there temper also easily.To come out of that condition eat some sweet stuff like candy in small quantities slowly and when you regain normalcy have a regular meal.If this happens regularly and frequently,see your doctor for a review.
