Easy tip to control sugar plz.. ?

* Eat less food, more times in a day.
* Adopt diabetic diet.(Low carbohydrates preferred. Saturated fat/ trans-fat to be avoided)
* Exercise (brisk walking) daily for about 30 minutes.
* Adopt stress management.
* Avoid infection from other people.
* Take anti-diabetic medications promptly as directed by your physician.
* Avoid overweight/ obesity. Maintain normal weight.
* Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol.
* Control cholesterol level.(Reduce LDL & Triglyceride & improve HDL levels.
* Check your post-prandial blood sugar daily and fasting blood sugar occasionally.
* Control hypertension, if any.
