Where can i get Maximum FIBRE in my diet
Hi. An adult men needs approx 30grms of FIBER in his daily diet . If women approx 25 grms. Its not possible to have this size of Fibre in our daily diet.
There are very few diet that has fibre ie: Have fibre rich foods like oats, barley, ragi, bajra, whole wheat grains, different variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet.But as we know that how all the vegetables and fruits are grown, with Urea , Pesticides , germicides , fungicides and many more chemicals to protect from insects and to grow faster and more productivity. We need to take external FIBER which is pure and 100% organic, without any added flavour , color and preservatives . There is one that's Nutrilite Fiber which is pure 100% organic.

fibre available in every household is fenu fibre greek seed (menthi seed).
iam using the same after reading our website health unlocked'
what iam doing daily is soak one teaspoon ful menthi seed in water overnight. and drink soaked water early morning first in the day and also chew and eat the soaked menthi seeds.excellent figre content.
