Please suggest right food and steps to control sugar lvl.

I have seen some diabetic patients are not using glucose meters even though they have purchased from the drug store or gifted by their children working in abroad. Some of them don't know how to test the blood sugar with glucose meter. Some say that the readings are inaccurate. Some don't want to use it because it involves an expenditure of Rs.35/- per strip and they can't afford it. Now AccuChek Active has reduced the price of strips and it costs Rs.13/- only if you purchase the same in bulk quantities (50 Nos.)

give name of atta or which grains to mix and its proportion in kg in detail

which atta, oil, chicken,mutton,fish for colestrol trygcl and piles man age 48 to eat or avoid
