HI, I am diabetic for 9 years recently sugar level went up to 500 PP and F 200, thereafter reduced the intake of daily quota of roti e.g. was having 4 to 5 roti with tea butter omlets as breakfast which was cut down to 2 and lunch to 3 and dinner to 2 roti with kidhchi made from dalia and mong dal, result is very encouraging PP is now 170 to 190 and fasting to 115 levels, not having rice potato since 2/ 3 years so change of diet is required for reducing sugar levels
