I have developed Diabetic Neuropathy problem recently Please suggest remedy

I am diabetic since 2002 and taking one tablet of Glocomet 500 SR in 24 hours as suggested by the doctor. But 6 month back Diabetic Neuropathy problem got started because I am having pain in my hands and feet. Please suggest remedy. My suger level is under control.
