Bhibdi, Karela, Jamun, Methi, Neem Turmeric, Amla etc should be taken regularly in your diet.

AVOID TENSION which is the basic cause of diabetes. Lifestyle plays a vital role. Always have positive attitude.

Always be active throughout the day with morning walk, yogasan, pranayam & evening walk.

Eat your normal food but in moderation.Only avoid sugary substances,root vegetables like potato,beet etc.Eat more vegetables and greens.At the end of the day whatever calories you have consumed during the day should be fully consumed by physical activity,like having a nil bank balance.Will power and awareness are essential.
