Eat your normal food but in moderation.Only avoid sugary substances,root vegetables like potato,beet etc.Eat more vegetables and greens.At the end of the day whatever calories you have consumed during the day should be fully consumed by physical activity,like having a nil bank balance.Will power and awareness are essential.
