how about taking tender coconut water for diabetic(green)

I USE TO TAKE coconut water and found that it doesnot inccrease bs significantly

Tender coconut water is all right if one consumes not more than 100 ML. However if a diabetic is a patient of Chronic Kidney Disease or Acute Kidney Disease any type of coconut water must be avoided.
