I HAVE TYPE 2 DIABETES BEFORE 2YEAR IT WAS 275-300 AND ABOVE. SUPER SPECIALIST DR. WHO CAN NOT GIVES APPOIINTMENT BEFORE MM 15DAYS HAS PUT ME ON INSULIN BUT AFTER TAKING IT MY SUGAR LEVEL INCREASED DAY BY DAY AND INCREASING DOSE FURTHER INCREASED MY SUGAR LEVEL I HAVE A FULL CONTROL OF DIETS NEVER TAKING SUGAR DIRECT OR INDIRECTLY MY DR. WAS CONVINCED THAT I M INSULIN RESISTANT AND SHE STOPPED INSULIN AND PUT ME ON TABLETS AGAIN WHICH RESULTED IN SLOWLY DECREASING MY S.LEVEL WHETHER INSULIN RESISTANT IS POSSIBLE ? still my s. level is 250-275 with 2 500mg tabs twice a day.

Kindly check your Serum Triglyceride level and HDL-cholesterol level. The ratio of TG:HDL in an indication of insulin resistance.

When you increase your plant protein in-take HDL go-up. this reduces the ratio.
