I AM A DIABETIC SINCE 10 YEARS ,LAST MONTH I TRIED DIET OF HIGH PROTIEN LOW GI CARBS AND HIGH FAT .I;E EGGS AND SALADS MY SUGARS WERE UNBELIVEABLE ,FASTING 90,POST MEAL 110,

INSULIN DOES NOT ACT ON FATS AND PROTIENS AND LOW CARBS SUCH AS VEGITABLES.SO MY URGE TO ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST HOPE FOR HIGH SUGARS CAN NOW CONTROL IT

  • TWENTY GRAMS OF NUTILITE PROTIEN POWDER FOR BREAKFAST AND ONE FRUIT FOR BREAKFAST,SPROUTED MOTH BEANS AND SALAD AND 10 GMS OF PROTIEN POWDER USED OLIVE OIL FOR TADKA ON MOTH BEANS AND SAME FOR DINNER

  • Protein i would say do not go beyond 0.8gm/kg of body un less your blood sugar control is so tight that you are consistently getting A1C below 5.5

    Rest LOW CARB HIGH FAT is great :)

    NUTS are best source of FAT -- Peanut+almond+walnut+pinenut

    CASHEW NUT -- NEVER,
