Allopathic medicines should be taken in a very limited dosages.Resorting to alternative medicines like Ayurveda and adopting natural life style is best.I eat light vegetarian diet lots fruits and vegetables keep my glucose level in good balance.

We have to direct our attention to breathing pattern and it helps to keep our mind free from stress.

Yes. Even reducing salt intake can contribute to lowering blood pressure. Similar significant reduce in high colesterol fat and end does contribute. Substanial improvement can be obtained from dietery adjustments. Congrats!
