Hello, I am new here. I am 27 years old and I have Hypertension and I was pre-Diabetic but I have been watching my sugar intake. Hypertension is the main cause of my ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) so now I am currently on peritoneal dialysis and I am currently on the kidney transplant list. I was diagnosed in April 2016 and that is when I started my dialysis as well. And then I was put on the kidney transplant listed on December 2016.
Since I was diagnosed my lifestyle has changed. Every morning I have to take my blood pressure to make sure to is stable. My doctor has put me on medication to lover and stabilize my blood pressure.
Some days my blood pressure has been high and some days it is stable. I don't know if this is because of my medication or what I have been eating. Does anyone have any recommendations to keep it stable?
