In bed, trying to relax. Rest is a great skill. I don't know how to rest yet. But the more I practise the more I'll master it.

Patient should be my key word. Processes and especially healing processes shouldn't be rushed.

I find meditations aid to resting and relaxing

I agree with Satsuma about the meditations. You can find some good ones just Googling for them...really short ones to much longer ones... Works the best with headphones. Good luck to you! Sounds like you are headed in the right direction!
