best/worst food: What is the best/worst... - Cure Parkinson's
best/worst food

I may be an outlier, but I still believe Dr Paul Mason's video that Lectins cause intestinal permeability and may cause PD. This old post has Dr Mason's video and some debate:

If nothing else, I believe PD is an autoimmune disease, so PwP should strongly consider an anti-inflammatory diet.
I think this work is interesting but does the diet list simply point to socioeconomic factors? People that eat, fresh vegetables, fish, wine and olive oil suggest a level of affluence and education that might also allow lifestyle choices like gym membership, early retirement, regular vacations, good medical cover, financial stability etc. Those eating canned foods, soda and fried foods may not have the same advantages and diet may simply signpost wider shortcomings. Perhaps these factors are worked into the data ?
Thoughts on Coenzyme Q10? First I've seen as being helpful to PD. Anyone have thoughts on this please and thanks.
