so much useful information

I came to this site looking for more information on PS128 probiotics.

In particular, I found the posts by WinnieThePoo a great help.

I am learning to produce PS128 Yogurt, notwithstanding the obstacles put in my way by the popular electrical yogurt maker featured in posts having a problem with temperature control.

My first batch failed as the unit heated 10C above the temperature displayed . I managed a second batch by compensating for this, but am tempted to get an old fashioned stainless steel flask type.

Hello Pixelpixie ~ I’m getting ready to make yogurt for my HwP in my Instant Pot. Could you please tell me your procedure ~ “sterilizing equipment”, how much milk, how much/type- brand of PS 128? I am planning on using the Bened Life Neuralli capsules. Also, I was wondering if you can put too many capsules in the milk?

Any information would really be helpful. Thank you for your help and time.

Have a fabulous day ~

Hi. I follow the recipe from Gut Health so iI add 2T cream + 2 T sugar & blend. Add opened capsule & remaining qt creamer. Set 106 for 36 hrs yogurt setting. I always use 2 T previous batch instead of new capsule after first batch

Do you have an Instant Pot? My first batch turned out perfect using the Instant Pot. It took 16 hours. ( Hopefully it wasn’t beginner’s luck.)
