B1 Therapy Is not working for me

I’m a 65 years old man with 140 lbs weight and 5 ft and 6 nchs tall.

About 5 months ago (from last Monday 26th 0f April), I started the B1 therapy according the Daphne Bryan’s book, as I haven’t seen any important improvement in my Parkinson’s conditions, I have been thinking in start over and repeat the whole process again, but this time taking more time (between 4 and 6 weeks) after I increase the B1 vitamine dose. Does anybody in this group , has any idea about what’s the procedure to start over with the B1 therapy?, I started last April 26th taking 500 mgrs dayly of (Solgar) B1 vitamine, waiting between 2 weeks for increasing the dose. I kept doing this until I reached the 2500 mgrs dose per day, when i tried the news doses of 3000 and 3500 mgrs/dayly but waiting this time up to six weeks just to increase the dose. I was taking 3500 mgrs/dayly up to the last September 13th, when I just dropped the dose to 2000 mgrs/dayly until now, and by the way, I have been feeling quite better right now than when I was taking the 3000 and 3500 mgrs / dayly doses.

You say just dropped dose to 2000, question no wash out (break)?

I'm sorry, i:m not following. Can you help me to understand what you mean by: "wash out (break)?"

Book indicate if overdose (worsening or return) of symptoms, to take a break from B1.

That's important. Perhaps stay at that 2000 dose for a while as you figure out your next step.
