Most of us buy (and waste) a TON of money on vitamins. Including myself since I take approximately 40 (worthless) supplements daily.
But i buy them and take them anyway (damn fool, that I am) on the thin hope that '1' of them might be doing me some good.
The ONE THING I "insist" on is for the vitamin to be: "MADE IN THE USA"
Don't be FOOLED by the slick and misleading advertising on Amazon where you 'see' a "USA flag" on the label assuming it is "MADE IN THE USA" -- but 95% of the time it is NOT made here!
These bas**** vitamin manufacturers then use micro-fine print with wordage like this:
"Tableted in the USA"
"Assembled in the USA"
"Formulated in the USA"
"Package in the USA"
That's all DECEPTIVE!
And it means that the ingredients are 99% coming from India or China which have practically ZERO health regulations in the manufacturing process. I've posted here before about the TOXIC INGREDIENTS of lead ... arsenic ... cadmium ... mercury ... etc THAT WE ARE EATING when we consume these so-called "MADE IN THE USA" vitamins.
And WORST of all ... Many of the crooked vitamin makers use the American flag and then in micro-print the label reads:
"MADE IN USA with globally sourced ingredients"
-------------------
That's why I was excited to see 'Tom Brady' (the one and only!) put his name and face to his own line of ... "MADE IN THE USA" vitamins.
I usually don't go in for "celebrity endorsements."
But his NAME is on the label and his PHOTO is plastered in the advertising.
So I can be 99.999999% his vitamins are, indeed ... "MADE IN THE USA"

"...Tom Brady has been using his non-profit charity to pay for services from his for-profit company, making payments of more than $1.6 million – which is eight times more than Brady has ever even donated to the charity. To make matters worse, the non-profit charity has been operating at a massive $7 million deficit since 2020 and has not received regular funding or donations."
I just spent nearly a month exchanging emails with a top law firm in Florida who (with my help) is soon to launch a BIGLEY lawsuit against Amazon and a bunch of other vitamin manufacturers for FRAUD! ....
We're all (literally) sick of getting RIPPED-OFF by vitamin manufacturers who are STEALING BILLIONS YEARLY while providing questionable quality ... and in many cases TOXIC vitamins with ingredients from China and India!
I posted above 2 links reporting on the FTC requirements for products labeled: "MADE IN THE USA." I just got my bottle of Tom Brady vitamin delivered and there is 'NO' misrepresentation in the 'sourcing' of the ingredients.
Look at the photo that I've included in this post.
What the bast**** thieving vitamin manufacturers are doing is "printing American flags" ... saying the words: "MADE IN THE USA" .... then in microscopic print it reads:
"Globally sourced ingredients."
ILLEGAL! ILLEGAL! ILLEGAL!
And there are MILLIONS of Amazon customers who have been defrauded and our HEALTH HAS BEEN DAMAGED from the inferior and often toxic vitamins we have been SWALLOWING!
If you want to be included as a "claimant" in this upcoming lawsuit ...
You'll need to have your vitamins purchased through Amazon ... And the advertising on the Amazon web page must read: "MADE IN THE USA" and the product photos should match that.
Then inspect your product label (with a MAGNIFYING GLASS!).
If any of these phrases appear .... take a photo of your bottle and upload it here:
(See this link in which Amazon was named a co-defendant in a lawsuit brought by the State of California in 2021! Amazon was not identified in this particular filing, but the vitamin manufacturer is identified. The vitamin manufacturer settled out of court and paid a find to the Attorney General/ State of California.)
Happy to see the lawsuit happen, and when it is filed you must please send us the caption and the details on where it is filed. However TB himself is about as honest as Brett Favre.
He is also in trouble for pushing FTX . Plus he was paid to speak at a conference for the crooked mega-Scientologist Grant Cardone who is currently under investigation by the FBI. I would not trust anything Brady shills for as he is clearly for sale to the highest bidder.
it is really hard to get a straight answer anywhere- I know that health practitioners often recommend Thorne products and our naturopath suggested rice protein made by Thorne so at the time I was concerned that it could be from China so I emailed Thorne and asked them where their rice protein came from and it did come from China but they do not appear to carry that product now so not sure what happened on that but I did tell our naturopath that it was from China
Still can not wrap my head around this obsession of yours: Made In USA.
Here is a insight into the pharmaceuticals -
It is believed that about 80 percent of the basic components used in U.S. drugs, known as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), come from China and India, though the exact dependence remains unknown since no reliable API registry exists.
Yes there are companies around in the UK that don’t source their ingredients from China. It’s annoying though that most vitamins are sourced from China and just put together in tablet/capsule form in the UK. It’s best to eat ‘real food ‘ . I can highly recommend Tim Spencer’s book Food For Life. Everyone should read it !
Wherever ingredients come from, in an ideal world you’d like to think these supplement manufacturers would have their own lab to test every ingredient batch for its integrity and lack of contaminants before entering the manufacturing process. Perhaps some do and if so, this could be a huge marketing opportunity
This is an ideal application for blockchain technology, which would provide a complete trace to source of all materials making up a product. It'd need a large manufacturer/retailer to impose it on the supply chain. But would be a great selling point.
I emailed TB12 and I didn't think they were forthcoming in their answer. They say that all products are processed and manufactured but will never come out and state where the source of products come from.
Here is our exchange.
I wrote an email to TB12, this is the exchange:
Me:
I am wondering if the entire process from start to finish on all of the products are made in the USA? I mean, the ingredients are all grown, harvested, processed, packaged all in the USA? None of the ingredients come from another country? No part of the product is outsourced to another country? thanks
-------------------------------------
Them:
For our nutrition products, TB12 sources all our premium ingredients from US-based suppliers. However, due to supply chain issues, the pea protein specifically is grown in either the US or Canada.
--------------------------------------
Me:
But those USA based suppliers could have purchased the ingredients from another country?
---------------------------------------
Them:
We appreciate the request and have provided the information we have available, that all product is processed and manufactured in the US.
However, if there is a specific ingredient you have concerns with, we can contact our suppliers and try to research the inquiry further.
TB12 then came back with a firm--we don't know where our ingredients come from. So much for "made in america", It doesn't mean a thing.
-----------------------------------------------
"We apologize for not being able to speak beyond where our products are manufactured and processed. However, we understand your concern!
We have reached out to our manufacturers regarding this request but please know that a report and response from them regarding each ingredient may possibly take some time. We will follow up when they become available.
unless i'm misreading your full post... their response was "incomplete" .......... but i don't see any reference to where they are "denying" their D3 (other vitamins might be oursourced, i don't know) is "MADE IN THE USA"
to me, I read it that they use processors from the USA, but they don't know where the ingredients come from that the processor-middleman purchased from. Or else why don't they just emphatically state it.
Not trying to argue with you, I just don't trust them.
I completely understand ... the last 10 days i did the exact same thing with 2 sellers on Amazon who "claim" ... MADE IN THE USA .... Here's one of the replies (and I never heard back further from either one):
--------------------------------
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us. I have forwarded your request to the manufacturing team and will circle back when I have a response.
